(60-Min.) 1:1 Remote Reiki

Service Description

Each 60-min. private session is unique to the individual and includes a post-session email recap with resources. Distant or Remote Reiki is just as, if not more, effective than in-person reiki, in my personal opinion, experience, and past client experiences. The key to Reiki Healing as a recipient is being in the most relaxed state of being possible. You can literally lay in your own bed or on the couch or outside. It's up to you! How This Works: You will receive a Welcome E-mail from to kick-off the healing experience. In that email, you will also receive a Reiki Healing 101 PDF and a list of resources to help acquaint you with Reiki as a healing modality and its history in addition healing guided meditations and music that you can listen to during our session. Before the session begins, I will message you - text or email, depending on your preference. I will then begin sending Reiki Healing to you. When the session has ended, I will send another message letting you know that I have concluded the session and will include any divine downloads and information that I received. Within 24 hrs, I will send you a post-session recap email with a list of resources, tools, and recommendations to follow-up with you for your unique aftercare. <3 Sending Love & Light <3
