When you self-reflect, you go inward to examine yourself and your truth. Who has defined what is true for you?

What is true to you? Who wants you to lie for them?
​
If your dreams and desires are not what you are experiencing, are you the issue? Is someone or something sabotaging or interfering? Why.

Moving from a reactive to a responsive standpoint allows you to step into a more empowered energy which translates into confidence as you are rooted in truth and balanced, despite jealousy, lies, and evil of others.

Self-healing begins where you begin. My self-healing journey began with yoga in high school, reiki certifications in my 20s, New Paradigm MDT, kundalini yoga, seminars, workshops, and coaching - which I picked back up in my tech career from my early 20s.

Everybody is different and your experiences, intelligence, and heart create the striations of bandwidths in term of priority and rank.

People who copy me and pretend to be should be roped up in the pits of hell and left for dead. That's my conscious conclusion from all of my insanely one-of-a-kind experiences that are uniquely arranged me, because I am the Supreme. I come from religion and European culture in terms of American classification for ICE/FEMA reasons.

Racism, sexism, and ageism result in lies, gossip, and bullshit.

In today's day and age in a globalist economy separated into different worlds, the identity crisis of theft, copying, and lying is boundlessly prevalent to all's detriment. You can put a make-up on pig and reconstruct it's body, but it's still a pig...

Truth and honesty comes from the self that is undeniably clear and meaningful. The secularism of the different racial groups, socio-economic classes, and religious backgrounds divide for a reason. I am not a silly little girl. The others are - the facsimilies, the cheat codes, the pretenders, and the imposters.

There is only one me. There is only one you.
​
That's spiritual. That's everlasting. That's unarguably true.

With tech and AI, the crises of self and other for bigger issues like national security, WW3, and other shadowed topics comes to the forefront in terms of media, news, and information. Data hackers are ghetto street thieves. They have the same mentality and lack of respect for others. That's why they're covered in darkness and will cower from the light of truth, exposure, and clarity. They seek to obscure.
