Chapter 2
Self-love is a foreign concept to most on a spiritual level. Lust is not love. Sex is not love. Separate that mentally and be an emotionally intelligent human being. Choice, desire, and repulsion are lower energies of abuse, coercion, tricks, and nasty energies of twisted perversions. Narcissism and self-love are like oil and water. They don't mix, because they are insolvent. Self-love is the difference between the magical and the mundrane - the mortal and the immortal.
The higher and the lower planes of existence. Sex addictions, porn, masturbation, incest, porn, abuse, and generational cycles of mental illness, physical deformities, and addiction are the blocks to self-actualization. Self-love is your gateway to spirituality.
Self-Love Ain't Selfish...
No one will love you as a guarantee. Your spirit and soul are the sparks that will direct and guide you towards self-preservation and personality. When you honor your true feelings and your personal experiences and truths, you are in the vibration of self-love.

In order to exist as an excellent soul that is undeniably special, unique, and stand-out, you need to be something that is real, true, and worthy. Your value, self-esteem, and confidence are intangible qualities and aspects that are individually experienced and externally observed and responded to. Not everyone is that or has that. Every human life is a human life, so what is the mean value?

The heart is the most powerful organ in the body. The Heart Math Institute will show you the data and the science. When you manifest, you manifest from the heart. Your heart's power of love and desire (in a pure way.for pure things) is 30x more powerful than your brain. The heart is the bridge between the brain and your solar plexus - the internal sun. That chakra is your sunflower of willpower, strength, and focus to bring what you desire via your intention and focus to fruition on the material plane.

Everything begins at the level of thought. The mental plane is your internal coding system that sends electrical messages to the brain from the heart. Your flight or fight responses are also calibrated in relation to trauma, successes, and instincts.

When you're honest with yourself, you cultivate trust within yourself. That creates confidence. The building blocks of alchemy or inner and outer transformational processes begin in the heart. Your feelings are your subtle intelligence on unseen levels of existence that are connected to universal energies that orient your unique self to the larger collective of the world at large.

Reslience, forgiveness, compassion, and understanding are heart-based energies that allow for maturation processes and deeper levels of feeling. The more you feel, the more you heal. Bringing awareness to the shadows allows the taboo of the archetypes within yourself and in others to come to the surface for acknowledgment and acceptance for wholeness. The better you treat yourself, the better you treat other people. People remember how they feel around you.
